Dirt Late Model Queensland Title results

Oz Motorsport Promotions would like to congratulate two of its clients on their outstanding performances in the inaugural Queensland Late Model Championship held at Maryborough Speedway Queensland 1/2 May 2010.

NEIL WALLACE - SKM MOTORSPORT- QUEENSLAND CHAMPION
Neil started off pole position in the 20 lap Championship Final and lead all 20 laps in the #97 Viking Global Industries Rocket. The big fella was the highest pointscorer from the Heats after recording a first, two seconds, and a third (from his 4 starts). Full credit goes to the entire SKM Motorsport Team after a season that was plagued by numerous car problems.

BLAIR GRANGER - TEAM GRANGER - RUNNER UP QUEENSLAND CHAMPIONSHIP
Blair started out of position three in the 20 lap Championship Final and moved #5 into second after only a couple of laps. Team Granger are the only Dirt Late Model Team in Australia running a Lazer chassis. They only returned to the Late Model division this season. Congratulations to everyone in Team Granger on an outstanding job! Blairs Heat results were a first, two seconds, and a fourth (from his 4 starts).

Queensland racer Dean Hawkins finished third after starting at the rear of the field.
